How KeyWash Works

HOW TO PREPARE & BOOK YOUR LAUNDRY

Getting started with KeyWash Lounge is simple.

1. PREPARE YOUR LAUNDRY

Place your laundry in any bag, laundry bag, basket, or hamper of your choice.

Your laundry does not need to be placed in a KeyWash Lounge bag before pickup. We will organize and transfer your laundry into the appropriate KeyWash Lounge bag(s) once your order is received.

2. BOOK YOUR WASH

Visit KeyWashLounge.com and select “Book a Wash.”

Choose the number of bags you would like picked up based on your expected laundry volume.

3. COMPLETE YOUR ORDER FORM

Fill out the booking form with the additional information needed to properly process your order.

Please provide any relevant details or special instructions that will help us deliver your preferred KeyWash Lounge experience.

For the most accurate and efficient service, we prefer communication by text message or email. This allows us to collect and keep your order information organized and ensure important details are documented accordingly.

4. MAKE YOUR PAYMENT

Once your booking information is complete, you will be prompted to make your payment.

Your order will move forward once payment has been successfully completed.

5. KEYWASH LOUNGE RECEIVES YOUR ORDER

KeyWash Lounge will receive your booking information and review your order, including any additional information or special instructions you provided.

We will use the information submitted to properly organize, process, and complete your laundry service.

ADDITIONAL BAGS

If your laundry exceeds the number of bags selected during booking, KeyWash Lounge will reach out to you to let you know how many additional bags are needed.

You will then be prompted to make the additional payment for the extra bags. Once the additional payment is completed, we will proceed with and continue your laundry service.

We will let you know how many additional KeyWash Lounge bags are needed and provide the corresponding Additional Bag Amount for your approval.

You will never have to guess how many bags you need or pay for additional bags before they are necessary.

Same-Day Pickup & Delivery

Same-Day Delivery
Your order will be picked up at the designated pickup time you select and delivered by 9:00 PM that same day.

Standard Pickup & Delivery
Your order will be picked up at the designated pickup time you select and delivered anytime through 9:00 PM the following day.

Please ensure your selected pickup time works for you, as delivery timing is based on the service option selected at checkout.
